Phil joins Green Dragon Racing after 15 years working in the Financial Services industry. Until the start of 2008 Phil was an IT Program Manager with JP Morgan but was quickly drawn when the opportunity arose to become involved on the logistical side of a professional sailing campaign in the Volvo Ocean race.
